For the second year in a row, the Utica Chapter invited the Syracuse Chapter to team together to offer their annual Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) course via ZOOM. The course provides 1 hour of state CE credit and meets one of the newest NY State CE requirements for licensed agents.
The course is titled "Diversity and Inclusion Benefits for Your Agency and Company." Last year the webinar was extremely well received and provided value to a wide audience. Even those who are not licensed found it very informative and eye opening. Some of the topics discussed this year will be national statistics on the benefit of a diverse workforce, ideas to try in your office, and actual stories and testimonials. Jim Lombardo from BIG I New York and the Utica Chapter lead this session. In addition, the Utica Chapter handles online registration, sending out the ZOOM links, as well as housekeeping items pertaining to the CE credits.
The Syracuse Chapter is very fortunate for all the work that the Utica Chapter does on this event and we are blessed to have the opportunity to partner with them on this fantastic Lunch 'N Learn!
